Quantitative digital pathology, run by people with their own pipeline to defend

We quantify what is actually in your tissue sections — cell by cell, marker by marker, region by region — and hand back data you can put in front of a reviewer. Services are grouped by research phase, because that is what sets the evidence standard your numbers have to meet.

Where we have depth

  • Gynaecological oncology

High-grade serous ovarian, endometrial and cervical tissue. Folate receptor alpha expression scoring, Ki67 proliferation index, tumour–stroma segmentation, peritoneal implant morphometry, and carrier biodistribution readouts in orthotopic models.

  • Immuno-oncology

Quantification of lymphocyte and inflammatory populations within tumour tissue, co-localisation of activation markers, immune infiltration at defined distances inside and outside the tumour border, and spatial relationships between interacting cell types across the microenvironment.

  • Fibrosis & steatohepatitis

Collagen proportionate area, fibrosis staging support, steatosis quantification, ballooning and inflammatory foci counting across liver, lung, kidney and cardiac tissue.

  • Dermatology

Epidermal thickness, drug target expression through the skin layers, inflammatory cell infiltrate, and cell-by-cell drug response effects in histology and IHC material.

  • Central nervous system

Quantification of brain structures and cell types, neurotransmitter distribution, infarct region measurement, plaque and deposit burden, and glial activation.

  • Cardiovascular

Plaque composition and burden in atherosclerosis models, vessel wall morphometry after injury, fibrotic and infarct area in cardiac tissue.

  • Metabolic disease

Islet identification as a region of interest in pancreatic sections, with quantification of insulin-secreting beta cells and glucagon-secreting alpha cells, cell numbers and expression levels.

What we take in, what you get back

Input

Staining

Single and dual chromogenic IHC, H&E, special stains, single-plex and high-plex immunofluorescence, RNA in-situ hybridisation, and combined protein–RNA panels.

Input

Images

Whole-slide images from the major scanner vendors, tissue microarrays, and field-of-view captures. We handle transfer, integrity checking and storage on our side.

Output

Data

Per-cell object data, summary statistics by slide, region and cohort, annotated image exports, mark-up overlays for review, and a written methods report.

Operating standards

  • GCP-compliant environment
  • Documented QMS
  • UK GDPR
  • Audit trail on every run
  • Data held in the UK/EU
